Miguel Carrillo didn't come from a tech background—he came from the door hardware industry. After spending years working with locks, keys, and access control systems, one question kept nagging at him:
"Why does planning a master key system cost thousands of dollars and require software that looks like it was built in 1995?"
At just 19 years old, Miguel decided to do something about it. He'd seen too many building owners confused by overly technical proposals, too many contractors unable to communicate their needs clearly, and too many locksmiths stuck with clunky, expensive software that made simple tasks unnecessarily complicated.
